Monthly Service Contracts
 Monthly Service contracts are a deep-pocket discount service for Fusion1Consulting Clients. We understand that its important for small and medium sized companies to be able to budget there I.T. expenses so that there are no surprises when it comes to the maintenance of our clients lifes blood (data.) The availability of your data and the ability to be able to access that data at any given time is our first priority! Our Monthly service contracts are structured to be inexpensive for the client and less stressful for our accounts receivable department. The response time on our monthly service contracts are running about 10 minuets for remote services. On-site response time runs close to 1.5 hours depending upon the clients physical location. Our contracted services are our first priority response and go to the head of the line at any given moment.
There is a "contract" but, it is simple and easy to read. These contracts are billed monthly and can be paid via credit card using pay-pal or our other credit card services.
